lavaliering traditions

I was just recently lavaliered by my boyfriend and we are planning to have an even for our two organizations to celebrate.
His fraternity has a lot of different traditions such as songs but I dont know of any that my chapter has. We are relatively new (six years) and we have not had any lavaliering since I have been in the sorority and I am now a senior. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for things that my chapter could do?:)

Congratulations! What fraternity is your boyfriend in?

In our chapter we always held a candlelight for those sisters who were either lavaliered, pearled, or engaged. Usually, the big or lil sis of the person being honored would buy/decorate a pretty candle, which they would give to our president and tell her about the lavaliering. After chapter, the president would announce we were having a candlelight, and we'd all stand in a circle. We would sing "It Only Takes Spark" and pass the candle around. The first pass would be for sisterhood. The next time the candle got to the president, she would say "Lavalier" or "Engagement" and start passing again. When it got around to the sister who got lavaliered, she would blow the candle out.

I don't know if this is something you would do at a public event. We just usually did it as a way to suprise the chapter that someone got lavaliered/engaged.

My boyfriend is a Sig Ep.

We also do something of that sort to surprise the chapter. it's a lot of fun to see the looks on people's faces when you surprise them.
