Anybody near Jacksonville?

I'm attempting to do spring break on a serious budget (less than $250!) and most of my friends are going places that I just cannot afford, so I figured I do my own thing.

Anyway, I've decided to take a beach camping trip, that way I get to enjoy the beach and stay within my budget. The closest beach to me that has both places to camp and allows dogs is the Jacksonville area. The three places I'm considering are Kathryn Abby Hanna Park, Fort Clinch State Park, and Little Talbot Island State Park. Can anybody in the area tell me anything about these (like which is closest to civilization or has the best beach area). My plans right now are just laying out, swimming, taking the dog for hikes, etc. but are there any good places to visit in the area?

Hanna Park is nice. The area is very relaxed and a great place to camp. The beaches are nice and quiet. I agree with Beta Rose that it is completely separated from the city. Ideal for camping. I highly recommend it.
