ladies, your kappa tau sisters just completed their first formal recruitment by taking 12 new members which was quota plus 1!! a great group of new members !!i am so proud!

That's awesome that they did so well! I have a question, how do you get quota + 1? I've always wondered that, at my school we weren't allowed to go over what Panhellenic set for quota.

Anne,

The NPC has a formula, calculated using past recruitment figures, that allow for approx 5% over quota to be placed during bid matching in order to maximize a PNMs chances of receiving a bid.

The system/formula is in the NPC Green book - have your local CPH check into it, esp. if you have a lot of unmatched women at the end for Formal Recruitment.
