Definitely One Mellon. It even has two, umm, small things at its base.

In addition to the giant male member, downtown Pittsburgh also has the giant hypodermic needle (aka Fifth Avenue Place):

No, our city fathers don't have issues ;)

The Cathedral of Learning on Pitt's campus... not the best picture, but from a distance it is very phallic!

For drunk college kids all around the area, if you can see the Cathedral, you can eventually find your way home!

the building on the very right, have no idea what it's called, but it looks like a giant pink tampon, even moreso in person. Could also be called phallic. It's in Winston-Salem, NC

The Ypsilanti Water Tower near Eastern Michigan University:

According to this story, it was named the most phallic building in the world.

I am in search of a postable pic. So far I can't find one, just lots of URLs to whole pages.

Phew! Found a pic:

I was looking for a picture to post ;) Everyone at school calls it the penis. Whenever you get directions to somewhere in W-S, we ask how close it is to the penis.

When you are driving south-bound on I-35 headed into Des Moines it slowly rises up from the horizon. ;)

It doesn't get much more phallic than the Nebraska State Capital Building. Widely known as "The Penis on the Prairie" it BEATS THE PANTS OFF OF EVERY LAST ONE OF YOUR LAME ASS PHALLIC SYMBOLS

Why you ask? Because it's topped with a 19 ft tall statue known as "The Sower" who is throwing out seed. Tell me that doesn't fit into the whole phallicness of the building, I mean seriously - a tall skinny building with seed being thrown out the top!

Randolph AFB's "Taj"; a watertower sexed up to look good.

looks like a stubby phallac symbol... before excited, but a phallac symbol none the less.
