What is the difference between the Jr Members and the Sr Members? How do you become one or the other?

I noticed that after I posted a certain number of messages I became a Senior Member.

Junior Members are simply those members with fewer than 25 messages posted in the forums; Senior Members, 25+ posted messages.

More or less, this is just something to signify members that are relatively active in the greekchat.com online community.
