Here's an article about NPC recruitment at Duke this year. clicking on the small graphic gives you the totals for each chapter. One chapter made only half of quota and they're bringing on a new colony; hopefully this won't stress the system.

That's pretty impressive that 7/9 chapters got quota (or quota plus) though.
