Live Longer If You Eat These 14 Foods?

Beans, Blueberries, Broccoli, Oats, Oranges, Pumpkin, Soy, Spinach, Tea (Black or green), Tomatoes, Turkey (skinless breast), Walnuts, Wild salmon, Yogurt
I like and eat most of these things, although not necessarily on a daily basis. Except broccoli. I detest broccoli; why does it always show up on these "you should eat these things so you don't die" lists? |
The broccoli industry has good connections? :p
I eat about half of those foods, but only occasionally. The others, I won't touch with a barge pole. Spinach = ewww. |
The only ones I ever eat are:
Oats, Oranges, Tea (green), Turkey, Yogurt And yogurt's probably the only one on there that I even come close to eating on a daily basis. oh well... guess I won't be living to 100. |

I've seen articles like this in magazines like "Men's Health" and othe fitness/nutrition mags. I like all of the food listed, and try to eat them on a regular basis (although I don't eat as much seafood as I probably should).
