"Sisterhood Songs" --Need Help
 

I figured this was the best forum for this question.... :)

What are your suggestions for songs (not chapter-sensitive) that will be good to play?

I'm asking this due to we have Greek Forum next week and our booth is going to have a playlist playing in the background on our computer station (we're having PNM's cruise our website if they want at our station).

I already have:

"You've Got A Friend" by Carol King (our song :D)
"Anytime You Need A Friend" by Mariah Carey
"Best Friend" by Brandy
"Sisters" by Rosemary Clooney

Suggestions? :D

Try a search there are threads on this. They might be more fruitful

If there going to be a lot of people milling about and trying to hear one another talking, it may be better to skip the music and instead run a slideshow of photos on the screen behind you.

I like this slideshow idea a lot! That might be better than the website. Give them a little paper with your website address on it.

"Friends" - Michael W. Smith (this is the "friends are friends forever song... great!)
"Lean on Me" - Bill Withers
"I Will Be Your Friend" - Point of Grace
"Sister Golden Hair" - America (mayybe.. this is more of a song about a guy who likes a girl)

Just pick a few you like best... since they'll be at other booths, it won't matter if the songs repeat after a few.

Okay, this is going to sound corny but... We used "Still On Your Side" by BBMak for our fall recruitment video. The lyrics are quite good, even though it's a pretty cheesy pop song.

My chapter also uses "I Feel Home" by O.A.R. as one of our songs. My roommie and I are bugging the recruitment chair to put it in the new video. :)

We used "Wing Beneath My Wings" by Bette Midler. Our flower is the red rose, so we also have used "The Rose" as well.
