Ideas for fundraisers?? NEED SOME HELP!
 

OK girls I need your help!!! We have run out of ideas for fundraisers...ANY ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!! Just let me know what you other girls do on your campuses...I really hope you Sigma's can help me out!!!!!! :):):)

Hi,

At my chapter we did rose sales in September. There is a place near us that sells a dozen roses for about $4.00 in September. So what we do is during the month of September we sell roses in anticipation of Family Day. Its really great...people buy them for their girlfriends/boyfriends moms, dads, themselves, each other..I mean it is really good. We sell them for a dollar and they pick them up at the rose sale table on family day. Not only is it a great way to fundraise but it gets our name out there and everyone knows that its the Sigmas who do the roses!

I know we have had girls go and work at various events at our Midwest Wireless Civic Center. Some of the activities they have done were selling merch at concerts, checking IDs for alcohol sales, and selling concessions. It's not glamourous work but we get money.

I know that amusement parks make donations to chapters in exchange for working for them for the day. Often times you only work part of the day and are free to go ride rides for the rest of the day.

We also typically have a few bake sales throughout the semester.

We as a chapter require all of our members to participate in two fundraisers a semester. This past semester we were kind of tight on money after we went over budget on homecoming so we had girls do three fundraisers.

Thanks for all the wonderful ideas so far girls, they sound great, I will be sure to tell the girls this coming week at our meeting...KEEP POSTING FOR ME!!!!!:)
