I think they meant "Every Member Makes a Difference"

I think "Every Member Counts" makes us sound desperate for members....like "every penny counts"...that penny is not going to go out into the world and make a difference...

That makes it sound like this guy is a member.

I agree with you Jess - I think you should call them and tell them they have our positioning statement wrong - I wonder if other groups' are similarly "off."
