crush parties!
 

hey ya'll!
we're trying to get an early start on this semester as far as socials go.. and we're looking for some new crush party themes or ideas that you fab ladies might have. what was your favorite crush/date party theme? thanks for all your help!

man... I always wanted out chapter to have a crush party and cute tee shirts to go with it....buttt we never did :(

I missed our only Crush Party since I was a freshman and wasn't a member when they did it, but it sounded like a lot of fun! There's several ways you can do it, as I recall...you can have members invite one crush, multiple crushes, assign each sister another member to get a date for (ideally, her crush)...you can have loads of fun with it. Then, you can have the cute orange "Crush" t-shirts...cheesy, I know, but they do have a certain charm.

My chapter is doing a My Tie crush party in March. Each girl makes two ties, they give the social chair a list of 3 guys and phone numbers. The social chair picks their date then gives him one of the ties...she wears hers, he wears his, and that is how you find your date.....

what my chapter does is gives out 3 invitations for our crush party, those people who get the invitations are our so called "crush" they can be both guys and girls. The location is all decked out in pink and red with hearts everywhere. its a really cute and a lot of fun

one sorority on my campus did draft a date where they all wore camo and rented out one of the more redneck bars around campus. i think the way they did it was each girl's friends would "draft" three crushes and they would be invited in preferential order. the whole draft thing may get a little iffy but it was a cute idea nonetheless
