Resolutions!

It's time to make those resolutions! What are yours?

Mine:

1. Stick to a good exercise program (good thing that Blazercheer
is majoring in exercise science)
2. Organize our home paperwork
3. Make out menus a week ahead of time

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Peaches-n-Cream 12-31-2004 06:59 PM

I will stop procrastinating in 2005. That has been my resolution for the past ten years. :p

I also want to buy a bigger home. That's not a resolution, but a goal.

-Join the Junior League of Lexington
-Further improve my Young Adults group at church
-Renew my cooking abilities

-begin the workout/diet plan I wrote out(I have dates for how many pounds I want to lose by when)
-DRINK MORE WATER. This is my biggest one!
-After paying bills each month, have AT LEAST $200 left in my bank account
-Become Asst. General Manager for my work by Sept.
-Be in the corporate office for my company by Jan 06

Those are my basic ones. I have a very detailed list, but those are the basics. Good luck to everyone on following out your resolutions successfully!!

jillybean 01-01-2005 08:38 PM

I'm not copying off everyone else, I swear!

- drink at least 64 ounces of water a day (or more!)
- work out at least 5 days a week
- get more organized with my school work, stick to my note keeping and filing systems
- stop procrastinating big projects and papers
- stop caring so much about what others think about me

tnxbutterfly 01-01-2005 08:58 PM

1) To ask for help when I need it. I have a very hard time asking for help

2) To get into an alternative teaching program

3) Plan and maintain a monthly budget

4) To start working out again

chideltjen 01-01-2005 09:05 PM

-read more of the novels that are sitting on my shelf

-exercise regularly

-start my scrapbooking projects

-save money... (I just balanced my checkbook after the holiday season. )

bsp-mich24 01-01-2005 10:05 PM

1- Watching the old budget
2- Changing the way of eating (love carbs utt-0h)
3- Finding more time to work out @ least 3 days/wk
4- Apply for teaching jobs early =>tough job market
5- Drink more water during the winter/colder months (it's a lot easier during the summer).
Scrapebooking projects will have to wait til end of '05 or beg of '06.

trojangal 01-02-2005 08:22 AM

5) try to find a house for us

mmcat 01-02-2005 09:32 AM

Jadey28 01-02-2005 01:30 PM

This year, I decided against making resolutions. Instead, I am making monthly goals. And if I achieve a certain number of those goals quarterly, I get a nice reward!

Here are just a few of my goals:
-really kick start my Mary Kay business and make some extra cash
-maintain my exercise rountine and eat healthier
-work on the house and making it the way we want it

orchid2 01-02-2005 04:13 PM

- Graduate :)
- Study harder and raise my GPA
- Work on improving all of my relationships

Those are the big ones.
