let's start talking about what's coming back on, or out, in Jan....I'm ready for a refreshment in the tv category.....personally excited about Carnivale and Alias. Anyone with me or have other to add to the list? Even though I'm in the work world I try and deny it and thus pretend this is a new semester coming up..at least with my tv lineup

what is Tilt? I haven't heard about it yet.

I just got into Alias at the end of the last season so that's what I"m excited about that one. Carnivale -- love it, and I've heard some spoilers already about season 2 which have me excited. I thought the Chappelle show was coming back in Jan or Feb but just read that it got pushed back to the spring which is a bummer...that show is hilarious!

What else?

Tilt is a new drama series that takes places at the World Poker Championship in Las Vegas. It is supposed to be like Playmakers but with poker.

American Idol begins January 18!!!!!!!!!! :D

Believe it or not, I'm also looking forward to Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search which begins January 5.

And, of course, I'm also looking forward to the new season of The Apprentice which begins on January 20.

I am waiting for the GC and TWoP threads for that. I miss the snark. :D

OMG love AI. Speaking of -- just saw Fantasia on The View -- she was awesome and the View hosts seemed to have a good time with her. I loved it!

i'm kinda sad that Shack won't be recapping it for TWoP anymore. he was awesome!

This is sad and I shouldn't admit it, but I'm looking forward to the Bachelorette, even taking into account the hideous dress they have her wearing in the commercials.

Gotta say I'm looking forward to one you probably are just starting to see previews for. "Wickedly Perfect" on CBS. I actually finally KNOW someone on this show! It should be interesting! ;)
