Do you have any funny office/work party stories?
 

Ok this is not my story, but it is crazy. My mother went to work party like a year ago. Some of her co-workers got totally shitfaced. A lot of drama happened, but I can't remember the specifics. But I do remember this. A couple brought their baby. While the mom was pissing drunk she fed her baby a sip or two of beer. :eek: :o

A few weeks ago, I had a work get-together thing. Since my boyfriend is in Atlanta, I brought my friend, Mandy, as my "date". She got really drunk and managed to 'out' one of my co-workers. We've always thought that he was probably gay but none of us had the guts to ask him and, plus, we were all trying to be professional about it. Mandy got wasted and went right over to him and said loudly, "So, are you gay? Everyone wants to know." I about died. Luckily, he took it well and asked us why it took so long for us to ask him.

Oh man I was going to start this thread yesterday. Party is tomorrow, I hope to have stories of other acting the fool. My boss has already told our department that we need to keep it together, so I'll be going light on the sauce.

At her first office party, Miss Whore Shoes (I've complained about her before on here) told everyone she slept with one of the salesmen. She was kidding but for some reason (the see through shirt perhaps? the fact that she can't go to an office function without getting completely crocked?) everyone believed her. She found this sooooo amusing. :rolleyes:

Last year we (the whole office we) got cut off because we had drank too much. Also apparently, there was a little makeout session (and one of the participants was married - eeek) but I didn't see this firsthand.

It was our VP's birthday on Friday, the same day as our Holiday party. We requested Lean Back for her and she lead the way to the dance floor to start the party. And then she never left it for the next two hours.

And the food was pretty mediocre which was annoying because the place where we had our party is world renowned and I was *hungry!*

We just had ours...one of our employees passed out and had to be carried...granted, drinking is the thing...we were all three sheets to the wind.

I don't have any great stories, although my boss was pretty drunk and funny. She put back at least 5 shots of tequila. It was great.

Two guys made out at a company party at my old job. Only one of them had been openly gay before that.

I had a holiday party with my co-workers.

The tradition is to follow dinner (and lots of drinks) with a shot of Sambucca. That isht is NASTY. We didn't light it on fire thought because apparently that is illegal in California.

But that wasn't a very fun night for me. The shot really did me in.
