I love John Madden, so let's have a thread to pay tribute to him by sharing his best quotes. Here are a few I remember:

I see I'm the only person who likes this thread, but I have a question. What is the purpose of the horse trailer?

There are two two horse trailers one of which house the wireless communications for the show. And then there’s the trailer containing a lounge area for visiting dignitaries, where they can relax while watching an HD feed of the festivities.I'm not sure exactly why it's a "horse" trailer...but they take it with them from city to city to display the "player of the game" for each Monday Night Football.

Madden also doesn't fly, ever - they drive cross-country for MNF, obviously requiring trailers and busses etc.

Where's the trailer that holds all the chicken and duck legs they staple to the turkey to make a turducken?
