DVD ALERT!! Tha Sistahood by Big Walt is now available!!
Heads up! Big Walt is at it again! Tha Sistahood is now available on DVD! I am interested in renting it to see if it is "true" if sororities pledge harder than fraternities (so I'm told, anyway"
Here is the website link for those interested: The Sistahood As always, if I come across it (my videostore specialized in more obscure video titles), I will come back with the full 411! ETA: Notice the MPAA R rating explaning the movie's content. Guaranteed to make you go  . I am almost afraid to find out the context of the content based on the movie's theme. In any event, rent at your own risk. That is All! |
I have already seen this bootleg movie. A linesister rented it and let everybody see it, so we wouldn't waste our money on such trash. (That's love :D ) I think the casting call was held at the local group home. That is all.

WARNING!
According to Big Walt's website, a sequel is in the works as I type, we haven't seen the last of the hazing movies yet.
Be afraid, be very afraid! |

My interest is piqued ...
... especially since I Googled the title and found a screen shot with a member/pledge in a hockey mask. WTH?
Scroll about halfway down |
Yeah, what is up with the hockey mask?
I don't know, hearing these comments is piquing my curiousity as well. I got a feeling that all of us is going to be in for a BIG "treat". Stay tuned... |
nothing walt does is a treat of any sort, save your cash flow as was already stated

OK, I finally rented the movie...
...and the plotline was identical to that of Tha Brothahood.
It involved a girl who got a 4-year scholarship to a university, and during the opening credits, she dances to some synthesized porno music to celebrate. Anyway, her grandmother gives her her (deceased) mother's diary to read, b/c the girl wants to pledge Alpha Alpha Kappa like her grandmother did. So she reads it, and the flashbacks begin. Again, the plotline was the exact same as Tha Brothahood, only it involved women. Oh, and even though the pledge setting was 1989, there were anachronisms galore. No 1989 fashion statements (or misstatements), modern day Internet websites, etc. Oh, I gotta give away the ending, b/c it was THAT funny. The girl goes and pledges AAK anyway, and like the guy in Tha Brothahood, she is late for her set. She is told to keep her head in the up position (Up periscope! UP!). Next thing you know, she got whacked in the face by a pillow and down she went. Freeze frame. Roll credits. I found that to be hilarious. I got the rental for $1.50, so IMHO I got off easy. |
