On Passions, Gwen Winthrop is having a terrible time -- she can't have children and she recently pushed her husband's former sweetie out the bedroom window. But in real-life, her portrayer, Liza Huber, is having the time of her life.
According to a report in The N.Y. Times, the actress married her longtime beau, computer software exec Alexander Hesterberg III, on March 13 in Garden City, N.Y., the Long Island suburb where she grew up.

The ceremony took place at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, right next door to the elementary school where the couple first met -- about 22 years ago -- when they both attended first grade classes there. The groom told the N.Y. Times that he and Liza "lost touch" after graduating high school, but reconnected at a music concert two years ago.

Liza is the daughter of All My Children star Susan Lucci, but Alexander has an even more historic relative. His great-grandfather Henry Hesterberg -- a prominent Democrat -- was Borough President of Brooklyn during the early 1930s.

Whoaaa, Liza Huber is a Chi O? Some where I missed that!! I know Susan Lucci was a Pi Phi... thats awesome Liza is such an amazing actress, of course not as great as her mother but still.... thats a fun fact to know :)

Yes, she was an active at Epsilon Beta (Univ. of North Carolina - Chapel Hill) during the mid '90s. Her parents used to attend the Chi-O Parents' Weekend!

Yeah, I knew that she was a Chi Omega...but I DIDN'T know she was Susan Lucci's daughter! That's so neat!
