Got the dreaded pamphlet...
 

I really wish that they'd just have given me chapters to contact directly or some sort of a lead, but instead I got a completely impersonal "try FV'ing" pamphlet from International's in the mail this week.

*sigh*

I honestly have no desire to attempt a FV. I don't have the energy to start a chapter from scratch. I have no friends who are interested, and my town is not one that really would be accessible to find new members (we don't have a lot of the things people recommend-- a YMCA, and I don't belong to a church or other organization-- which is why I wanted to join BSP in the first place).

I guess it's just meant to be...

Unfornately, there are always short staffed at Int'l and it takes awhile no matter where you live. The biggest rushing season is in the fall usually just b4 or after beginning day. That is when MOST chapters are recruiting new members. The traditional sorority year runs from Sept. to June.
