UPDATE: Colorado Athletic Director Resigns
Dick Tharp, embattled University of Colorado (CU) Athletic Director may resign today.
He was a central figure in the CU Football recruiting (sex and alcohol) scandals, and there are now charges about expense reports involving Colorado bowl appearances. http://www.9news.com/acm_news.aspx?O...7-c589c01ca7bf The original story about the alleged impending resignation appeared in the Boulder Daily Camera -- a Boulder newspaper. |
It seems like there's still a lot of pressure at U. of Colorado. Everyone involved with the athletic department, especially football, will have that dark cloud over their heads for the rest of their professional lives.
