Informal Meeting Question
 

I have a question for you ladies. How serious are you at your informal meetings (ie. - calling women out of order)? I like my Archon to keep order but some women are saying that we are taking the "fun" out of the informal meetings.

Also, does anyone do anything fun at their informal meetings? I am looking for some new ideas besides sunshine/spirit bringing cookies.

we don't call women out of order during informal meetings, but sometimes the someone (usally me or Archon) will say something like "that sounds like something for the committee to deal with" if there's too much chatter across the room going on.

Theme meetings seem to go well, although we haven't had one in a while. We used to have pyjama meetings often. A Potluck meeting would be good too - that way they're too busy eating to get called out of order :p

Fraternity education has been fun at the meetings lately, both formal and informal, since she's been doing contests and quizzes and gives out prizes.
