I'll be there...

I'm teaching TWO 2-and-a-half-hour classes on Thursday ("Every Chapter Needs a Webmaster" and "Creating a Chapter Website Using Frontpage 2000") and a 90 minute class on Saturday ("If You Knew All They Could Do, You'd Be In Love With Computers, Too").

Hopefully my jetlag from the Farwest Regional in Hawaii will be worn off by then...

Beejay, will you be teaching a class or facilitating a workshop at the Southwest Regional Conference? Lord knows our Texas chapters have not yet grasped the idea of having websites.

I had a day long course on Frontpage from an Iota friend of mine. It was very useful and it's easy to use. That should be a good session.

I'll be the presenter of three workshops... Laurie Gunn, the Southern Regional Journalist, will be my facilitator. Our biggest concern is that two of the workshops are on Thursday (and many folks won't arrive until Thursday evening)... If the turnout at the first workshop (Every Chapter Needs a Webmaster) is light, I won't teach the Frontpage workshop at all.. something else will be substituted and I'll repeat the webmaster class on Saturday.

We are encouraging every chapter to have a website... and plan to offer awards at the convention for the best sites (baased on CONTENT - not necessarily design)

I just realized you were talking about the Southwest Regional... No - Laurie Gunn, from Atlanta Alumnae, will be the presenter there... I don't know what she will teach.

I bought a nice jacket at Anointed Apparel at the Southwest Regional in Richmond! I didn't realize the name until I was going through my receipts tonight.

Sorors... they have a large collection of jackets and their prices are great!
