 It's never been a dirty little secret.  The reason why America has been so successful is the fact that it has pulled in brain power from throughout the world. 
	In my opinion the loss of certain students that is being felt now won't change. Some may decide on another country being suited for them. The only response is to find other sources. Africa and Latin America are largely untapped. -Rudey  |

Perhaps, even if the US isn't schooling them, the foreign nationals are still arriving to boost the US's science and technology sector.  |
