Shania has a modified mullet now! How tacky. Bangs are one thing. But, a mulletish cut is a COMPLETELY different ordeal...

And, I think Kenny Chesney should have been allowed to have said his peace. Turning off his microphone and turning the camera to the hosts was just AWFUL! He waited 12 years; they could have gone over a minute or two.

Cosign! I was upset last night after they did that. Every other award show goes over the time limit and that's ok, but if country goes over it's the end of the world!?!?

I did hear on the radio this morning that after the network went to commercial Tim McGraw ran up onstage and gave Kenny a huge hug, one kinda jumped on the other like they always do, and then Faith went up and they all walked backstage together. HOw cute!!!

Is there a link somewhere, I really want to see Shania's hair!

Woohoo! I went to high school w/Jon Randall, one of the guys who co-wrote "Whiskey Lullaby." (he was known as Randy Stewart back then...). It's awesome that his hard work is paying off...he's been in that business forever!

Also, can I just go on record & say how glad I am that Toby Keith did not win a single thing? I loathe him (yes, I know I'm in the minority...bring on the flames..I just hate his music)!!!

I totally agree with you. I love his old stuff but he's become so big headed that his music just sucks. Plus, he came to Clarion when I was a sophomore, right after "How Do You LIke Me Now?" came out and was a total jerk. I lost respect for him after that. It was an awesome concert but he sucked as a human being.

I tought it was cute last night when randy travis was gushing all over emily procter from CSI



Also i thought it was cool that toby kieth and his daughter sang last night.

Keep in mind, it is a modified mullet. She has long hair, then her bangs are cut short all over the top of her head. (They aren't just in the front like normal bangs. They are more like the beginnings of a mullet...)

Big Ups to Gretchen Wilson for winning the Horizon award.

See, this is what happens to me when I get impatient.....I MISSED IT! I agree that Kenny should've been allowed to say what all he wanted to. I mean, come on, would it kill the news to start five minutes later? All the other award shows build IN the extra time for going over!
