Television & Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. suffer a loss
WE REMEMBER: WHITMAN MAYO
Veteran actor Whitman Mayo, probably best known as Grady from the show, "Sandford & Son," has died. Most recently, Mayo hosted Turner South's original weekly series Liars & Legends and served as Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University instructing a film/theatre class. Whitman Mayo was 70. |

I'm sorry to learn of this news. I had no idea that he continued his professional career nor was I aware that he was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Thanks for the info and my prayers go out to his family. |

Okay.....he really died 7 years ago.....I was very, very confused for a moment there because I was thinking about the light skinned man that played the mail carrier on 227.

I was tripping when I first saw this thread because, in the back of my mind, I was saying, "I thought he was already dead...." Then I saw the dates. My next thought was, "Why the heck is this brought back to the top?" :blank stare:
