Our alum chapter decorates a tree for the local festival of trees over the November month :) and then has a December tea get-together.

We do pretty much the same thing every year and it's one of our best attended events.

We have an ornament exchange and collect toys for Toys for Tots. In the past it's been a potluck but not this year (the chapter actually has money).

Our chapter is having an ornament exchange.

Our AA is having a Thanksgiving Brunch on a Sunday before Thanksgiving. It was also suggested that in addition to our holiday dinner outing in December, maybe we plan an evening for "desserts"; we were thinking of a place that specializes in desserts like Serendipity.

We have an ornament and cookie exchange (well what cookies are left by the end of the night!) :) We also drint Hot Totties and read "The Night Before Christmas".

For Thanksgiving we get baskets together to donate to a family or two ..... I think it's sponsored by the food bank, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

For Christmas we have a Dirty Santa party and cookie exchange.

This is a really cute Hanukkah craft. I made it with my niece and nephew & they really liked it. We actually celebrate Christmas, but I thought it was good for exposing them to different faiths and symbols.

This wasn't a Christmas/December Holidays thing, but the Junior League of Toronto baked cookies for a women's shelter for Valentine's Day this past year.

We do a cookie exchange and toy drive for the local children's hospital =)

We're having a cocktail party - it's basically a date party for grownups. :)
