Sorority Paddling(females)

Ladies,
do any of you belong to sororities which use
the paddle for disciplinary purposes?
if you do,what form does it take?
is it bare bottom?

melanie,

All of the chapters that I can think of & know something about use their paddles as a symbol of their membership & for decorative purposes.

I am sure that there are sorority chapters, unfortunately, that DO use paddles for hazing, etc. But, from my personal experience anyways, these are few & far between.

Melanie,

Silver Turtle is correct. The paddle that I have was never used for anything but decoration in my residence hall room. I would never have allowed it to be used for anything but decorative puporses!

At my school, such hazing is illegal and the concequences for such actions will result in emediate suspension of the Sorority's rushing privelages. It is highly unaccepted and rarely have I heard of anyone being so cruel.

Take care, and good luck.

Sorority Paddling

Melanie:

During my 4 years in my sorority, I was paddled probably 1/2 dozen times, never at an official sorority function, but during paddle parties involving sorority members and sometimes fraternity members.

The worst paddling I received was for my 21st birthday...my backside was sore for several days.

I was never paddled on the bare, nobody woman ever was...once or twice I saw a fraternity member take a few swats on his bare.

Hi. Welcome to GC.

This post is over 6 years old. Reading the dates of posts will often help with unnecessary bumping of outdated threads.

Thanks. Enjoy your stay.

I wonder if Melanie was really a Michael and was sorely disappointed that no sorority members came forward and posted about being bare-bottom spanked.

well, the fraternities in my area used to paddle their pledges on their hell night. it was the culmination of their pledging. I received 4 paddles full blast (bare bottom). It was such an excruciating pain that I passed out after a while. I was told that I went into shock.
before, it used to be 6 or 8.. in the very beginning of the fraternities in this area, it used to be 12 or the number of brothers that were present in the hell night pledging.

this practice was banned legally in 1994.

Yinz are perverts n'at. Go dahn to the all night porn store & get off GC. :p

(any time the phrase "bare bottom" is used, it's a great big tipoff)

That's what I was thinking! Me thinks we may have someone who has a fettish and is trying to get their kicks.

We had the same sort of thing in one of my Martial Arts forums. Some guy was trying to get the women to talk about the positions they get in to in regards to pins and mat work(in a very detailed and graphic manner) that we use in judo. Upon investigation, we were able to track down a history of this sort of obsession. The way to make these people go away is to ignore them.

I wouldn't mind watching a few soroity girls getting paddled.

Kevlar281 07-14-2006 09:06 PM

I think the much more important issue of sorority pillow fighting needs to be addressed.
