Pledge master questions
Ok I am the pledge master this semester and I am trying to make the pledging process unique as possible and fun. This past week I have a pledge who has decided to not hand something in on time and I am trying to think of a consequence/mission for the pledge class on responsibility. any ideas????

Make him write a paper on time management or you could just haze the crap out of him...
|
well I thought about that but it don't seem unique enough.
|
Perhaps tell the pledge to think of something to make up for their miscue? Either that or c-ya.
(no worries, they'll come up with something). Leave it wide open and let them be creative. |
Well, I think it depends on what exactly was needed to be handed in and what the circumstance was.
Depending on that situation, maybe you could take him into the woods and force him to drink mass amounts of alcohol until he pukes. But that would be hazing now, wouldn't it? |
Ok well thanks anyway were not allowed to haze here at lakeland or we get kicked off campus and I can't afford that to happen. I figured something out yesterday!
|
Well, in most scenarios coming up with a "mission" or "consequence" could be seen as hazing.
Why not pair the pledge class with a few older brothers and make them present a workshop to the entire chapter on tips for time management. The whole chapter benefits and the members have to work together. |
