Fun thread: DG chapters that you wish you could visit
 

Hi Dee Gees,
Okay, if money and transportation was no object, what DG chapters would you love to visit and meet the girls? (name 3, 5 or however many you like!)

My top 5 (in no particular order):
Ole Miss
-let's face it, this is near where we were founded and the Ole Miss chapter is legendary for being a powerhouse for all of the right reasons. I would LOVE to see the house, too

University of Florida
-I understand that this is a powerhouse chapter, and a little Florida sunshine doesn't hurt either. I've heard that Recruitment is a huge undertaking at UF

University of Virginia
-I understand that Greek Life is huge here too...would love to meet the DGs here

LSU
- more Southern Greek Life, which would be neat to bear witness to!

U of Texas
- Texas Greek Life, I am sure it is something that everyone should see at least once in their life! :D

University of Southern California
I *have* had the opportunity to visit this chapter, and wow! It's very impressive! :D

I'm going there on Friday!!:D I cannot wait to see that house!!

Wow, CP2K, I think you got mine too! Except, I did visit UVA a few years ago. My cousin was a SSS there, and she had some DG friends. We went by their house, and they were SO excited that I'd stopped by. They gave me a house tour and a t-shirt! UVA in itself has such a beautiful campus, it made me want to go back to school!

Southern Miss (the have a beauty of a house)
UT (their house has a swimming pool!) plus I love Texas!

Ole Miss - the obvious choice and reason why!!!

NCSU - I've been there but it was during the summer and the house was closed so I'd like to go back and see inside and meet some of the girls!!

Bowling Green - I'd like to go visit since they are so close (about 3 hours) but still so far away!

TAMU - Their house is gorgeous and I'd just love to see a HUGE Texas recruitment!

Any of the California chapters!

UGA, Auburn, Indiana U....just to name a few more!

Oh, my God, I would KILL to visit Ole Miss (not literally, but you know...) To be in that house would be insane. I gotta agree with Florida and USC, too... I guess I'd also want to go to Oklahoma... I met their President a couple of years ago, but I'd love to go and actually visit the house. Finally, I'd love to go to Ohio State... One of the girls who pledged my chapter is now there... She keeps saying that it's so different from the south, so I'd like to go just to see how so it's different.

I'll definitely be taking pictures! :D

I'm gonna try to visit the University of Texas chapter when I come back home for Thanksgiving. I might transfer there next spring, and I'm thinking about affiliating with the chapter they have there if we're compatible.
