what is an underground line?
 
hi i just wanted to know what exactly is an underground line? is it the same process as a normal line or what nationals expect? who does this and why? what is the purpose? do people who have already pledged have an underground line for other people who have not? im not sure about an underground line. my friend and i were talking about the AKA drowning in Cali and we heard it was an underground line but what is it and how do you know if its underground? please reply and let me know

I really don't know about underground anythings.

I will go as far to say that I would doubt that you'll get any answers to your questions on a public message board.

If you have to resort to coming online and asking your question here, you're probably better off not knowing.

I'm guessing that you're asking NPHC members (especially since you made reference to the AKA incident) because I don't think any of the NPC/NIC organizations refer to their new member/pledge classes by "line". Some multicultural/locals do, however. If that's the case, I doubt any NPHCer will be WILLING to answer your question.

I highly doubt any NPHC member is going to answer any of these questions. Anything pertaining to membership intake is considered private information to them.
