Colorado Alcohol-Related Death #3 -- Colorado College
WOOD TV in Colorado reports that a student at Colorado College (a small but well-known private college) died after falling four stories from a dorm window. The story says that she had been drinking. There's no mention of any Greek involvement, but even so the death did get reported. (There are references to the two previous deaths in Colorado this semester.)

ex, in the KC paper this morning!
Hope it was not Greek Related. Wonder if they will try to figure out a way to do it?:( This is in no way to sadden the fact that another young person lost their life.! :( |
Actually, WOOD-TV is in Michigan.
However, the death was at Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and the Rocky Mountain News did not say anything about her being Greek. She lost here ballance and fell from a 4th floor Dorm window. Should note that whether or not there was Greek involvement in this case, one of the very biggest causes of insurance claims for fraternities is "falls from high places," and almost every single one involves alcohol. We've talked about that in other threads. |
