HEY ladies!!

we are working on by laws right now- fun-fun-fun!!! I was just wondering if you had any general advice about what works-what doesnt- what to make sure to include in any part??????

also- how are your councils/exec board set-up?? I am an organizational FREAK, so i like things to run as smoothly as possible! Any ideas??

Initiation= oct 30th!!! Get excited for me!!!!
