They have been arrested for kidnapping after someone called the police when they saw a group of guys grab someone, duct tape him, and throw him in the back of the pickup. They may be charged with felonies.

For a campus police official, he seems to lack a sense of humor.

If there has to be intent to commit a crime, this probably lacks intent.

I was a COP and a Detective on a City PD, and love watching COP shows and wonder, damn, how in the hell do they know so much.

Did anyone else watch the video about the story? They think they kidnapped him to force him to shave his head as part of a bet on the football game.

I think the campus police and the police department are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Then again, it sounds like Sigma Nu should be walking on egg shells since they're already on probation.

It'll be interesting to see how this all turns out.
