PH Rep
HEY YALL
I am so happy to have just been elected to the PH Delegate position. It's a respected position at Florida State University since greek life is so influencial on and off campus. I am a founding member of Sigma Delta Tau, which is in the process of colonization (we'll be complete by Oct 31st!) so I am representing a brand new chapter on the board. I was wondering if there were any PH delegates out there that could give me some good ideas about traditions I can start for this position on behalf of SDT? I also want to do something for all of FSU's houses right after we are initiated. I thought about doing the jars of skittles with each house's colors, but I have heard that is done a lot at our campus for other things..... ANY IDEAS??? :) GREEKLOVE, Cayte |
bravo to you
skittles, sweet tarts, m & ms all nice ideas. cookies in colors also nice. if you have money, donuts or decorated cookies. congrats to your new home in advance. get ready to paint to town in multiple colors. enjoy it...enjoy it. |
I also need some creative ideas on how to set up committees and such. We dont have a house, so we need to be very organized in order to have community presence!
What committees do you have set up, and are there any special ways that you promote community relations? I am starting a sign-up notebook to keep record of all the clubs our girls currently participate in. I was thinking maybe doing a special presentation for each club to promote membership! Any other ideas along these lines?? Sorry, I am really stressin about a bunch of stuff- our new member program- colonization process- ect! I am doing PH training and Jr. PH training at the same time so I have like 5 weekly meetings... but I really would like to do a great job! |
