National Conference @ Denver!

Who's going?

If we're taking the bus over there, I'm going. I do not fly!

Sorry, I will not be in attendance for this one.

Doesn't look like I'll be going. Maybe it's me but Denver seems way more expensive than New Orleans. Last time I checked airfair was going for $400!

airfare

APO has a parnership agreement with Frontier Airlines for the National Convention. Frontier is giving anyone traveling to and from Denver any day from December 24 to January 2 a 10% discount on fares. 10% may not seem like much, but it really does help. Visit http://www.convention.apo.org/transportation.htm for all the details on the discount program.

Hope to see a lot of you who post regularly at Nationals!

FYI

What's coming up is the National CONVENTION, rather than a CONFERENCE. APO holds Section Conferences, Region Conferences, but National Conventions....

Oh? Some have reported getting airfare around $200. When I went to Colorado for 4th of July, didn't pay much over $200.

Where are they coming from to get that cheap airfare? I'm coming from Newark. I'd love to go if I could get cheaper airfare, but I don't believe Frontier flies from here. But then again everything is more expensive in the NYC area.

Yeah...Someone let me know around how much it'll cost b/c when I was doing the math it came up to almost $1,000(transportation, lodging, convention events, food). I would love to go knowing it would be my 1st convention but I'm a struggling college student living off a Ramen:D so that's a little too much!!!

I have to go... first nationals and last nationals as an active. I expect to graduate FALL 05!

I found airfare going from Orlando, Fl to Denver, Co for $250
