Sorry for crashing the party ladies!!!

But, I just wanted to say thanks to all Pi Phi angels out there. You see my little girl (young lady) is a pledge at MC this fall. Her mother and I are so proud of her and her pledging Pi Phi !!! She has told us that it's the best thing about college so far. She really likes it. I think it's very special that she has pledged at the place where it all started. We are going to miss her, but we know that her "family" at MC will take good care of her. We can't wait till she gets her pin and big!! She would probably just die if she knew that i was posting stuff 'bout her but I couldn't help myself. She's going to get the biggest bouquet of carnations in Monmouth that day for sure!! DAD

How exciting for your daughter. :) Give her a big hug next time you see her for us. Definitely keep us updated as she goes through her new member period, and as always tell her about GC. We'd love to hear from her!

Thanks ladies! Homecoming was last weekend. It was a VERY busy week for the pledges, as they had to build the homecoming float. They won first place! A great start to the next 4 years.

Guess who got to help with the structural details. Hey, who's that guy in the picture?

Hi Maggie, good to hear from a Knox Pi Phi. My daughter also looked into Knox. There is some great history at that school as well. But sorry to say that Knox is going down in defeat on Nov. 6th! Hope you can make it to the game. :p

I think it's great to see dad's involved in greek life! Personally it took my dad awhile to warm up to greek life, and it took many years of explaining to get him educated on everything. Now he's really into Pi Phi and tells all of his friends about it. :p Your daughter is definitely very lucky to have a dad like you!

My parents didntreally understand it either, but they were supportive. It was very cute though: I bought my dad one of those "Pi Beta Phi Dad" shirts and he wears it a lot on the weekends :)
