Crest wall art?

Tx Epsilon has a brand new, beautiful house. Now, CHC is looking for a Pi Phi crest to hang prominently in the house. Any sources? Ideas? Suggestions? We're thinking wood, but we're not sure.... What are your crests made of and do you know where you got them?

Thanks for any input!

We actually have a large crest painted on the wall at the top of our main staircase. It's beautiful and is a constant reminder of living Pi Phi values!

hhmm.. not sure of sources for these..

but we have medium sized wooden crests hanging on both the doors inside our chapter room. We also have a painted crest in the stairwell of our house.

Ditto that jharb. I always thought of it as a special touch to our house. You see it as soon as you walk in the front door. :)

I dont know where you'd get one but my chapter (despite our size) has both a wooden crest wall hanger as well as a large PiPhi arrow with 12 light up pearls (little rounded lightbulbs...it's so great!) Both are from the 50s I think, so it's possible that a piphi from then made it or had it commissioned to be made. The crest has a wooden diamond base, is framed in golden rope, and all the pieces on top are metal and they sit above the wooden back: and there's a lightbulb behind the eagle that (when it's lit) is quite cool looking. Like I said, I'm not sure where they came from, except that the wooden arrow has a date carved on it from the 50s. :)
