it's shopping time! What is your favorite power tool?

I love my Hilti SF 121-A

http://tinypic.com/acffc

It has incredible precision and ergonomics. For example, it can drill through wood, dry wall, and handbags equally well.

For those needing help with power tool selection, this handy music video features useful information on a variety of items.

We used a lathe like this in sophomore year of high school. I made myself a hammer.

I just sent the first link to a girl in the office. This is going to be funny.

Edited to add: "They didn't have it at Exeter, but at my other school they did. This is gross!"

I have been using a screw gun lately. It's older than I am, but it works well.

I want pink power tools. :)

I have only the slightest clue as to what's called what, but I did rebuild my kitchen with my dad - AND I know the first two rules of plumbing! :)

Seriously, I know that my tools are Craftsman, that there's a drill with a series of bits, a power screwdriver, a power saw with a mitre box, and I think it's a sander?

I love this thread....

after my divorce my dad took me to Home Depot and loaded me up on tools i would need around the house because a certain butthead loser ex husband took everything including a hammer......

But i have found my metal red tool box has my favorite tool:

the green colored dual battery pack black and decker multi purpose screw driver with many heads

my home depot hammer

complete set of phillips screw drivers and flat heads
