Alpha Phi chapter begun as Beta Sigma Phi?

Has that happened anywhere else? (From BSPhi to any NPC, I mean.)

We had a chapter back in olden times who stole all the chapter's money and then became a chapter of Phi Delta Theta. Kind of bad time in the fraternity world.
