Car you wouldn't be caught dead in?

As a counterpart to krazy's dream car thread, what type of vehicle would you not be caught dead driving?

(Apologies if this has already been discussed. I'm too lazy to do a search. :p )

For me, there is no force in heaven or earth that could get me behind the wheel of a minivan. No station wagon for me either. Those types of vehicles are too practical and not enough fun for me - you know, like "sensible shoes". If the hypothetical future little ones want me to drop them off at soccer, they can just pile into my little sports car. :p

I'd never be caught in a minivan, SUV, pick up truck or high end sports car.

My old 1967 Chevy Corvair which I had in college after my Triumph Roadster finally died.

Didn't that one have an issue blowing up or something?

I believe you're thinking of the Ford Pinto of the same era.

The Corvair had one of the first independent rear suspensions, and had a rear engine (like the VW Bug) and tended to need outriggers to make it around corners. Or maybe training wheels.

It was the star of a very famous book called "Unsafe at any Speed," written by the famous author and public speaker, Ralph Nader. And look what happened to him.

ETA, when the Triumph finally passed on, my dad was excited to have me driving a "safe" American car...

A Chevy Suburban or any other giant SUV. I sat in one at the Chicago Auto Show and I felt like I would be driving the bus. No thanks! A Hummer seems like much too much as well.

Also, one of those pickup trucks where the tires are about three times the height of normal tires and you need a stepladder to get in.

Station wagon or mini-van.

SUVs, Mini Vans, or Pick Ups... People may like driving them. I certainly don't. Riding in them isn't a big deal though.

I'd never drive a minivan, pickup truck, large SUV, or hatchback.

Specific cars I wouldn't drive: Honda Element, Hummer, Scion anything

I wouldn't drive an SUV..
I think I would run someone over or back over them.

A car I wouldnt want just bc of looks.. hhmm.. dont think that matters to me.. I have ridden in some interesting trucks and cars too..

its funny bc one of my good friends.. her dream car was a new volvo station wagon.. she ended up getting one recently.. its fits her personality good though :)
