Or maybe that whole linking Saddam and Ossama, to sell the War in Iraq as part of the War on Terror, worked too well... even Rummy has become confused.

Keep on sweating America. Nobody knows who runs Canada let alone its military so of course you have to post an obscure story about someone making a mistake and saying someone else's name - a mistake people make on a daily basis. And then you throw in the War on Terror just to get a cheap shot in because that's how you operate.
