Is anybody watching the World Music Awards?
 

My heart was broken wathcing Whitney Houston sing.
I know it could not have been my ears but she couldn't even sing her own songs! Whitney did her best to play to it off but it just wasn't there anymore.
Sad Sad Sad!
Did anybody else witness this ???:(

Not planning to watch it. But, her voice was a gift and she has squandered it. It's a shame!

Turned it off before Whitney sang. I was afraid it wasn't going to be right.

My mom was impressed, but I was not thrilled with the performance. I feel sorry for Whitney because she used to be able to BLOW UP "I Will Always Love You," but she was horrible last night. She tries to add little vibratos to make it seem like she has it under control, but I know better.

Interesting to read this...

Folks in Atlanta were blowing up a radio stations call in line this morning talking about how they were crying, how Whitney's back, what a great job she did, how good she looked, etc.

My mom was screaming too and yelling about how Whitney was back. However, I don't feel that way. Whitney pops up every now and then with a peformance and everyone goes crazy. She'll be back in rehab next week.... Don't believe the hype.

i watched the awards...
i didn't watch the whole show..
but when i heard that whitney was going to
perform i was like SAY WHAT:eek:

before she attempted to hit the final note...

big boi & patti....to tell us all that information about
how the awards are given...i don't care how yall
decided....who gets the award...
i wanted to see patti do her thang

I was listening to the radio this morning and they played the clip w/ Big Boi and Patti. Even over the radio, you knew that Patti had done the dayum thing!!!! :D :D :D

WHAT - - - She is on the road to recovery - - - I thought it was a darn good try:D I was holding my seat praying she would not say anything about Bobby Brown. She was poised and looked as well as could be expected. She is making a come back just like Tina Marie :rolleyes:
