Did anyone catch the season premiere? Mister Madly was talking through a pivotal scene, and I missed what happened to Danny when he was on active duty?

same here but what i got from it was that during battle his whole squadron was killed and he was the lone survivor .....i didnt get it fully either so any takers please fill us in

I think Josh Duhamel needs to keep the beard. It makes him look like a man instead of a boy. I feel a Bordeaux Beau nomination coming up. :D

Calling an airstrike on one's own position is only done as an extreme measure, when the bad guys have breached the perimeter and are about to overrun all your defensive positions. Few people call one in and live to tell about it.

BTW, it's a platoon... squadron is the cavalry or aviation equivalent of a battalion, which is larger than a company or a platoon.

Didn't we nominate him for a bordeoux beau? if we did or didnt i think it is high time to do so again especially how hot he looks with the beard...that scruffy look works for me!:)

This is such a good show....i didn't catch onto it at first but mid way thru the season with reruns here and there i caught on and like it very much

Does anyone besides me still watch this show? I am wondering who they are going to kill off. I hope it is Monica (Lara Flynn Boyle) and not one of the other primary cast members. Any thoughts?

I still watch it, but I forgot to watch it last night. :-/ I hope they bump Monica off - Lara Flynn Boyle annoys me.

It was raining last night and NBC went out:eek: I have cable... but that's the only channel that was out!! it was out from when Las Vegas came on until the news.... I was very sad... what happened on las vegas

i too hope they kill off Lara Flynn Boyle. I don't really mind her, but i hate her on Vegas! I don't think she adds anything to the show.

Nothing too exciting happened on the show. Lara hired an outside woman to evaluate the efficiency of each area of the casino and made recommendations to cut back, including changing uniforms at Mystique, one ply TP (yuck!) and cutting back staff. It just pissed people off and she got fired (consultant lady). Josh almst got screwed out of a lot of money by giving it to some woman who said dated his father. I think he got the money back...i missed a little of it. And Nikki Cox is back on staff.

last season was so much better. i hope this season turns around soon!

Danny did get the money back. Also, the awful consultant was re-hired by Monica and Ed quit.

The previews said Ed is gone (not working there anymore) and that one of the primary cast members we've been watching this season will be killed off. I am hoping it's Monica, but the Producer said in an article that a lot of people were going to be very angry and that it all has to do with how it will affect Danny.

I told Hubby last night they better be careful or the ratings are going to drop and they won't have a show anymore because I for one will quit watching without Ed and if they kill any of the 6 original cast members - they already got rid of Nessa.
