Hey everyone! I'm having AST withdrawals here in Dallas! I am going to AG recruitment this weekend and thought I could share some recruitment results with the chapter...

Delta Pi has their 2nd night of recruitement tonight. Their bid day is Saturday, I haven't talked to any of the girls yet to see how things are going. But when I hear something I will let everyone know.:)

Delta Upsilon is starting our rush Thursday night with a COB information event...we can take on 4 new girls this semester! I'm so excited because I just transferred here from UIC (Delta Delta) and have been soo warmly accepted into the chapter! Good luck everyone on recruitment!

Delta Nu had their first rush event (COB) last night. dunno how it went though...???

Alpha Lambda had their first party last night also. Had about 15 girls come. A pretty good turn out. They said that one of the other orgs, split their parties so they ran overtime, adn that several girls didn't get to make it to ours. So I hope they will get to come out to the one next week.

So I just moved to Philly and ended up 6 blocks from Delta Sigma and so I went to their welcome back bbq last night and they had a great turn out. Their rush is also starting and they are off pretty strong.

Yippee!!! Delta Pi got 11 new girls!!!! This is their largest pledge class ever!!! They went from 9 sisters now they have 20 in Delta Pi!! I got all this info off their website, so I am not sure what quota was. Ususally its around 15. But I am thrilled for them.

Update:

Ok, Quota was 11. Chi Omega and Sigma Sigma Sigma got 10 girls. This is the first time AST has ever made quota at Oglethorpe and the first time Chi Omega did not make quota.

I am so proud of them!!! I hope the drama though dies down for everyones sake. But Yippee!!!!

Thats sooooo awesome!! What is their website, I'd love to take a look, there isn't a link off of the univ website. Recruitment is still going on at Radford but I will post as soon as I know. I can't wait to find out!! I wish i could be there;-(

Delta Upsilon was able to get 4 girls, but we ended up with three, and they will be ribboned on Sunday! WooHoo!

Yay! ALPHA LAMBDA took 6 girls!! Alpha Lambda

Just heard that AL took 8 more girls through COR events. They are at 14 Baby Turtles!! Yay!!

i'm sorry i'm all new to this posting stuff but the beta theta chapter had 9 new members through COR. biggest class we've had in a long time. we are on the way back up building up our numbers. we used to be the biggest sorority on campus and our slowly working our way to that again!
