Hey...just wondering if a sister could help me out!

Everywhere around here is sold out of the yellow "live strong" bands. If you see one, could you pick it up and send it to me...PLEASE? I would owe you forever (plus pay you back!) PM me if you find one. I have looked everywhere, with no luck. Cancer is a huge part of my family's history...just wanted to give to the cause. Thanks millions!

I'm going this week to Filene's and they sell them.. if they have any, I'll pick one up for you. (I'm picking one up for myself)

^ cool...thanks soooo much! I can't believe that people are selling them for way more than what they are sold for on ebay! Its sad that a $1 band, and all of it is going to charity, is being sold off the market for $20 and they are pocketing $19! :mad:

Because I'm going to order from the site a package of bracelets.. but they only come in backs of 10, 100 and 1200. So, If anyone wants one.. let me know. It would be $2 for anyone ($1 for bracelet then $1 for shipping costs) who wants one. They will arrive in 3-4 weeks.

The stores around here are out of them, too. Guess those things are pretty hard to come by--if you've managed to get one, hang onto it tight!

All of the bands that I've ordered haven been spoken for.. sorry ladies! :(

I recieved my livestrong bands yesterday. I ordered 10 a while back...took about 5 weeks to come in. As of right now, all of them are spoken for....but if someone backs out, I'll let yall know. Another great cancer item where proceeds go to cancer research are the Lilly Pulitzer scarfs. She did last years also and they are gorgous! Right now they are easy to come by, but around Christmas people will be snatching them up. I got mine from the Lilly store in SC. They make great belts! I wore last years the other day..its PINK and GREEN ! :D

Also... Target has similar bracelets for breast cancer. I orded those also with one of my friends.

Really, I didn't know that...I'll have to check out Target when I go home this weekend.
