OX Chants & Cheers
 

Hello,
The only chant that my chapter has been using for years is "Rat Shit", but recently other fraternities on campus have created their own we don't have a way to respond. HELP!!! I need as many chants as possible so I can motivate my brothers to have something else to say.

At my chapter we use the this Cheer. It is very easy to learn.
It goes.

O-O-O with an X-X-X. X-X-X with an O-O-O. O with a X. X with an O Theta Chi OX!!!!

Be real Loud and Jump around durind this it is a great cheer after sports or just to be loud and proud Bro.

Here in DubV we use this

Obviously you would change the Alpha Kappa part to your own chapter. but other than that its a great chant.

OK, here's one we're not supposed to do anymore. This one is best done in front of another fraternity house - or for whatever occasion.

It begins where someone will raise his thumb high above his head, going "Ohhhhhhhhh..." - and all the other guys join in raising their thumbs and saying "Ohhhhh" too. Then the guy who started it turns his thumb down (as everyone does the same) and in a huddle shouts at the top of their lung, very fast:

"Ohhhhhhhhhh,"

"The nipples on her titties are as big as my thumb!
The wiggle in her ass would make a dead man come!
She's a mean mother fucker, she's a dirty cock sucker!"
(now everyone points to the rival house)
"She's your girl, and she fucks!"

If you're not outside another fraternity - you can point to one another on the last line.

This started out as a pledge chant, but then grew to be said by everyone at mixers, etc.:

Whitey, Tighty
God Almighty,
Who the hell am I?
Wham, bam,
Thank you, ma'am,
I'm a Theta Chi
Rhoooooooo Chi

WE keep it simple and strong.

Start with a group of brothers coming together with the common football start to a chant: "ooooooooooohhhhhhhh"

then 1 brother yelling out:
"T CHI"

and then all brothers back him up and yell:
"YOU KNOW!!"

repeat again

third time the 1 brother slows it down and says it deeper:
"TTTTTTTT CCCHHIIIIIII"

..and so does the crowd of brothers:
"YOUUUUU KNOWWWWWWW"

Eta Chi showed Iota Zeta that cheer when they initiated us.

Theta Chi Beta Psi at Presbyterian College has this chant.
Gin, Bourbon, Scotch, Rye, Give em hell theta chi, give em hell theta chi, give em HELL.. idy tidy God almighty, who the hell are we, we're the men of theta chi the best fraternity, theta chi, theta chi, by DAMN!
its a fast paced chant, and it gets you pumped up

WOW!!!....so years ago when Jarid (good friend of mine at KSU) and his fellow brothers were so keen to perform the Ratshit cheer, anytime, anywhere, i decided to come up with a response. So one night at a local sports bar, he and his brothers gathered in the parking lot right in front of the patio where my brothers and I were eating. The theta chi guys proceeded as follows:

RAT SHIT! BAT SHIT!
DIRTY ROTTEN TWAT!
69 DOUCHE BAGS TIED IN A KNOT!
MOTHER FUCKER EAT HER OUT!
CHEW! CHEW! CHEW!
WE'RE THE MEN OF THETA CHI!
WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!

At that climactic moment, I...as in ONLY me...jumped up ran right in to the middle of their circle and answered...

RAT SHIT? BAT SHIT?
DIRTY ROTTEN WHAT???
YOU SAY YOU HAVE VALUES...YEAH, SO WHAT!
TRUTH! COURAGE! FAITH! POWER!
IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU!
YOU CAN'T BE A DELT THETA CHI!
FUCK YOU!

...their chapter silenced...walked off with their tails between their legs....1 chapter silenced by 1 Delt! OOOOOHHHH!!!!

So please help Jarid out....his boys need it!

Zeta Phi chapter in Cal Poly has adopted a drop kick murphys song as our official boat race chant. it goes a little something like this:

Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaace down in the gutter,
won't admit defeat,
those his clothes are soiled and black,

He's a big strong man,

THETA CHI!!!!

Always a hit.
