Colorado State: Delta Sigma Phi
 

An NBC affiliate reports that Colorado State U. at Fort Collins has suspended several students for participating in riots, and the Delta Sigma Phi chapter has 10 days to show why their charter should not be suspended.

The suspended students can apply for readmission after a year, but there's no guarantee they'll be readmitted.

These incidents should be viewed separately, because the Delta Sigs weren't really involved w/the rioting. HOWEVER...as you can see, they have some of their own issues to deal with.
