Fraternity Recruitment Counselors?
 

What do y'all think of the concept of fraternities, here being defined as NIC/IFC, having recruitment counselors? They'd disaffiliate from their chapter and pretty much just be helpful during fraternity recruitment. Should it just be NIC/IFC Exec Board or should it be other NIC/IFC members disaffiliating too?
That's my musing of the day.

Doesn't look like it. :p Actually our IFC does have recruitment counselors in addition to the IFC exec members.

How does that work? Is it effective for fraternity recruitment?

Basically they make sure that the guys are going to different houses and just that there's nothing inappropriate going on during recruitment. I don't believe that they disaffiliate though because they aren't chosen until closer to formal recruitment in January.
