Oreo Truffles/sh!tballs
 

Got this recipe from someone at work who brought them in, and I made them today for my friend's wedding reception next weekend (all hail the cookie table).

The proper name for them is oreo truffles, but the guy at work calls them "sh!tballs" 'cause that's what they look like.

1 package Oreos
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 containers of bakers chocolate (you melt it in the microwave).

Smash the oreos to smithereens either with a mallet or in a food processor. Mix with the cream cheese (honestly, you gotta use your hands) until there's no cream cheese visible. Roll into small balls. Chill for 15 minutes to firm them up. Dip in the chocolate and refridgerate until set.

VERY YUMMY, very easy, and impresses people!

the only problem I foresee with that is oreo in the sister and PNMs teeth :)
