Thinking about going there for vacation. Has anyone been there?

I thought about going to Serbia, I hear its crazy. Cheap Cheap Cheap drugs, no closing times for clubs, plenty of raves, tons of women who love Americans and there really arent a lot of men around there. I guess I'd go if I didnt look at the women there like a bunch of dirty dogs. Good thing about the balkans, go there with about 30,000$ US and you'll live like a king for at least 5 years....but thats only if you don't get killed by jealous natives.
