LEED-cert chapterhouses?

Does anyone know of any LEED certified chapterhouses?

(LEED is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

Basically LEED is construction/renovation founded on energy & water conservation, recycling, environmentally friendly, healthy and sustainable development.

I know of none, and I do my best to keep up on sustainable development issues. I'd be surprised if newer/renovated houses weren't installing energy efficient products, though. With renovations and new houses coming online, we might see one pop up in the next couple of years.

LEED is for hippies.

LEED-cert is the direction that our chapter's alums in the architecture and landscape architecture fields would like the renovation of our chapterhouse to go.
Apparently there are some grants to tap into with such a procedure.
I'll know more on if that's the direction we go after the design workshop with a DSM firm on Thursday.
